Turf 365 was founded by Steve Huber and Kevin Steidel, two dads, coaches, and community builders who share a passion for creating better environments for families.

Steve brings decades of experience in banking and finance, along with a deep commitment to the community. As a dedicated volunteer he has spent years coaching youth teams and helping shape positive experiences for hundreds of local kids.

Kevin is a lifelong entrepreneur who has built and operated multiple businesses while also teaching others how to do the same. Beyond business, he has coached his own kids’ teams, worked closely with local schools, and helped develop innovative programs like Idea Day—encouraging students to think creatively and build confidence through real-world experiences.

Together, Steve and Kevin built Turf 365 with a simple mission:
